Returns Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. Refunds are typically processed within two weeks, including the transit time for the return (5 to 10 business days), processing once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to complete the transaction (5 to 10 business days). To return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and your refund issued.

Shipping:

We offer shipping to virtually any address worldwide, although certain products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shipping and delivery dates are estimated based on product availability and the selected shipping option, with details provided on the shipping quotes page during checkout. Many shipping rates are weight-based, with item weights rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with shipping company policies.

Note: For orders exceeding 15,000, customers are required to deposit a 10% advance payment.
